The author discusses how in the fast pace world we live in, we often forget how to step back and take time to slow down and be mindful of everything around us. The author talks about the Buddhist believe that mindfulness is one of the seven factors to enlightenment, and she delves deeper into Buddhist beliefs on the topic. |
